Fulfillment Policy

1. Services Offered

Summit Designs Group provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
– Branding and logo development

– Marketing consulting and strategy sessions

All services are delivered digitally and/or remotely unless otherwise specified in a client agreement.

2. Delivery of Services

– Once a service is purchased or a project agreement is signed, we will schedule a project kickoff meeting within 5 business days.
– Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work and will be clearly outlined in the proposal or service agreement.
– Ongoing services (e.g., monthly marketing retainers) are fulfilled continuously and tracked through project management tools and regular check-in meetings.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services:
– No refunds will be issued once a project has been initiated or services have been rendered.
– If a client wishes to cancel a project before it begins, they may do so within 48 hours of payment for a partial refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.
– Any deposits or retainer fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

– Clients on a monthly retainer must provide 30 days written notice to cancel recurring services.
– One-time project cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to project initiation for consideration.
– Summit Designs Group reserves the right to cancel any service due to non-payment or breach of contract.

5. Return Policy

As a service-based business, Summit Designs Group does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to delivering work that meets our clients’ expectations. Reasonable revisions and edits are included in most service packages and will be honored as specified in the scope of work.

6. Delivery Method

All deliverables, including design files, documents, reports, and digital content, are sent via email, shared cloud folders, or secure project portals.
