What is Google Local Pack?

Google Local Pack appears at the top of the search engine results page (also known as SERPs). This pack of 3 businesses appears when a user makes a search query that implies they are searching for something local such as a restaurant, grocery store, or the nearest spa.

How it works…

Google’s search algorithm helps to determine the 3 most relevant results in your area by using the search terms you have provided. The top 3 results are also featured on a map showing you where the businesses are located, business hours, and customer reviews.

If you are searching via your smartphone, you can click the provided phone number to call the business, or you can click the address to get directions from your preferred navigation app.
